Return & Refund Policy

All items purchased through our e-commerce website are non-refundable but exchangeable in the case of receiving the goods damaged or faulty. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. All complaints or requests must be made at least 7 days after your have received your product. Any requests after that will not be entertained. To complete your requests, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, enclosed together with a precise photo of the item purchased and where it has been damaged or faulty. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Jaya Bintang Trading Group PLT will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their goods within 3 to 7 working days after the confirmation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. After we ship out the product, customer are not allowed to change the address anymore.

CityLink/ Pgeon
We're using 3rd party, City Link/ Pgeon courier service for ship out the goods. After ship out we will send a tracking code to customer, to track the goods and if goods received delay customer haved to contact the courier service. We are not responsible for any issue after we ship out the goods.
